The Ad that we work on is contradict with the rules that stated, It shows the sexuality explicit indirectly from the shadow. It started when a doctor (woman) wanted to check her patient who is a male. The Ad shows when the doctor get into his cubical, she smells something and directly close the curtain. Outside from the curtain, It actually project the doctor undress herself and do some oral sex with her patient. Follow by the nurses come in and do some threesome. Later, another patient (woman) from another room also attracted with the smell. This is not a good Ad obviously to air on the Malaysian broadcasting.

Hi Albert, this ad is seen by all Malaysians and it's not only the Malaysian Muslims who find it obscene with sexual connotations in ads, as you claimed "As we know the major religion in Malaysia is Muslim. According to (Athar, 1996) for Muslim parents, sex is a taboo subject. Besides, according to Journal Islamic Marketing, they consider such products might deplore the moral and ethical status of younger generation. Therefore one can easily understand that high on religiosity group will be more offended by the advertisement of such product." I suggest you look at a wider audience (Malaysians in general) since this ad is posted in Youtube which is accessible to all.
